Room available on a 3 bedroom shared flat. Right now there are 3 people living in the home but one will leave on the 5th May. The landlord has given me permission to find my own new house mates.

It Is a quite area with plenty of street parking in zone 2. The flat is located very near to supermarket and public transportation as well (Oval and Vauxhall underground stations within 10 mins).

The room is furnished with bed & two wardrobes.

Shared areas of the home: big living room with two sofas and TV, kitchen and bathroom(only 2 people)

The rent is £600 per month + bills with a deposit of £900.

Looking for respectful, clean, kind housemates who are responsible about rent and bills. Perfect for professionals. We can't have any pets so sorry no animals.
You must be able to pass a reference check.
