Quiet Double Room in Camberwell (Mon-Fri only)

A room in a house in central Camberwell is available to rent Monday-Friday, from October 2017.

Double bedroom, shared bathroom, use of kitchen/open plan living area, courtyard garden, and wireless internet access. There is also a secure parking space that could be used subject to agreement (I currently let this through a website).

The house is situated a few minutes walk from Camberwell Green (Zone 2), Kings College and Maudsley Hospitals and benefits from the many local shops, bars and restaurants plus has excellent transport links with Denmark Hill over rail and main red route buses to the city centre. Whilst the house is very central to Camberwell, it is tucked away and therefore quiet.

Sounds obvious, but if you are interested in the room do tell me about yourself when you get in contact. I will want to know about you, where you work, what you do etc, as I will be sharing my home with you. Me, I work in Higher Education and would like a non-smoker, who is reasonably tidy and quiet.
