Beautiful Camberwell garden house share

I am moving out of a beautiful house and am looking for someone to move in from 1st October.

We a very open, welcoming house with a lovely set of housemates. One girl works in tv production, another works in photography production and the guy is a visual effects editor. We have a beautiful garden with a patio for BBQs, and a big open plan living and kitchen area where people chill out in the evenings.

We are a 2 minute walk from Camberwell High Street, with plenty of cool pubs, coffee shops and restaurants. We are also very close to two gorgeous, quiet parks, as well as supermarkets for you to do your shopping. We are a 8 minute walk from Denmark Hill station, which goes to Blackfriars, Victoria, Clapham Junction and is on the overground.

We are a tidy, respectful house and have a cleaner come weekly. Our house bills come to around £90 a month. On the occasional weekend the party might come back to ours, but generally it's a very chilled atmosphere.
