Beautiful Double Room in Huge Camberwell Flat

We are a couple looking for an individual (or another couple) to share the flat we've been living in for a year, as our flat mates are moving out.

The flat has a huge living room and kitchen area with double doors opening out onto a nice patio. The double bedroom has its own private bathroom.

About us:
Perrine works as an interior designer and likes sewing, yoga and dancing.

I (Rory) work in film, like going to the theatre and buying records.

We are both freelancers. One of us works from home from time to time. We don't like to have the TV on a lot and prefer the living area to be accessible by all of us to chill out or to socialise.

We're looking for someone easy going and conscientious to move in from the 15th October (non-negotiable). We will all sign a new contract with the agency and pay a new deposit of 6 weeks rent each.
(We also, have an amazing landlord who is super responsive and helps us out with anything we need.)

The flat is right in the centre of Camberwell, but off the main road. There are dozens of eating and drinking options 50ft from the apartment. Buses go straight into most parts of London from the main road, or Denmark Hill takes you to East London in under 30 minutes. The flat is really secure as it sits within a redevelopment of an old sandstone school.
