Room available in huge 5 bedroom house-share in quiet, leafy Grove Park Camberwell. Room is in a separate structure from main house which gives extra privacy and the opportunity to enjoy the massive garden. Room also has its own ensuite bathroom.

Other housemates are an architect, an actor, a wine and cheese specialist, a computing consultant and a managing consultant working in sustainability. All are lovely and laid back and are keen for joint house nights out and occasional communal meals together but equally respect each other's private time and all lead their own busy lives.

Looking for somebody equally as laid back and respectful to make the place feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

£655 rent per month + £120 per month for bills and a communal "house pot" that can be used for groceries/nights out etc.
