a renovating and then selling up!!

The flat is only 6 minutes walk from Denmark Hill station (or 4 minutes if you walk fast like me) located in zone 2 on the overground and national rail. There are also numerous buses towards central London. The bus stops are only 5 minutes away.

You'd be sharing the flat with 3 other working professionals Not all the furniture will stay in the room but you'll have the basics (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair)

There's plenty of local shops two minutes away from the flat, as well as a big Sainsbury and Morrisons within 10 minutes walking distance.
