Description

Hi there!

My name is Sam and I have been living in this fantastic flat for the past year and a half. 2 of my flatmates have recently moved out (you will hear a lot of people talking about the resident ghost, but it's nothing like that) and I am now looking for 2 new friendly people to fill in for them.

The flat has a very cosy living room, a modern bathroom and full purpose kitchen. The rooms are a little sparse but feel free to decorate them in anyway that you wish.

I'm a Londoner born and raised in Forest Hill, but having moved to Camberwell I have fallen in love with London again. If you're not familiar with the area it scattered with delightful restaurants, pubs & bars. It does have a healthy dose of crazy people but I have not once seen anyone that I would consider threatening- I did however once see someone yelling at their coat, but that's about it.

Camberwell may not have a tube line but it is ridiculously well connected:

- Dozens of buses to Central London all less than 5 minute walk
- 10 minute walk to Denmark Hill (10 minute train to Victoria & overground to East London)
- 5 minute bus journey to Oval tube station (Northern line)
- 10 minute bus journey to Brixton tube station (Victoria line)
- 10 minute walk to Loughborough Junction (Trains to Central and Southwest London)

A little bit about myself...

I have recently started a degree in Adult Nursing at King's College London as a mature student- which means i'm not living the 'typical' university lifestyle of partying every night. I enjoy going to a weekly pub quiz and going to bars around Camberwell, Peckham and Brixton on the weekend. I tend to listen to BBC radio 6 (which can narrow down my music taste slightly) and enjoy going to the occasional gig.

I have a love of film- I own a projector which is setup in the living room which is an absolute GAME CHANGER when it comes to watching film and TV. It might be an overstatement to say the flat has a private cinema, but it certainly feels that way sometimes! I also have a membership for an actual cinema at The Picturehouse, so try to go there whenever my wallet permits or a decent film on (i'm a little bit of a film snob- sorry).

I enjoy playing the host and cooking for people, so dinner parties are not uncommon in the flat. I am partial to a game of badminton, yoga and when the weather is nice a bit of tennis.

I'd like to find someone who would be up for hanging out, cooking some meals together, watching films and potentially going out for a drink and merging friendship circles.

So feel free to drop me a message on here or a text and i'll get back to you as soon as possible!

Cheers,

Sam
