Short Term Flatshare in Camberwell Penthouse

We have 2 rooms becoming available in our camberwell penthouse flat. The place is up for sale but no offers accepted yet so its likely to be available until end of March 2021.

The Rooms:

Room 1: Available 7th Dec - Large double room with loads of space
Room 2: Available 26th Dec - Nice double room with a balcony fully furnished with an ottoman bed for storage.

both £750 /month

The Flat:

It’s quite a new flat with a modern and very spacious open plan kitchen / living room. With a big table so plenty of space for home working. And a huge sofa for chilling in the evenings.

Flatmates:

You’ll be sharing with 2 friendly guys (Robin and Simon) but they are both short term too. Both are very respectful, clean and tidy.

The Area:

The flat is about a 10 min walk from the centre of camberwell which has loads of shops, restaurants and bars etc. Despite not having a tube the transport connections are really good with busses to everywhere and Denmark hill station about 15 mins walk. The flat has an off road parking space too.
