We are offering 1 double bedroom in our 2-bed flat. The rent would be £1000 which includes all the bills (service charges, council tax, broadband, gas, electricity, TV license). The room and house will come fully furnished with all the equipment and furnishing you need.

You will be living with us, a calm and loving family of three including our 5 year old daughter. We are most likely to be travelling during school holidays though and so you may find yourself either with the flat to yourself or sharing with Assan.
