We are looking for a friendly flatmate, who we can welcome into our home in Loughborough Junction. We are offering 1 double bedroom in our 2-bed flat. Modern in design, our flat is spacious and light with all you need to live a relaxed life benefiting from a private balcony and shared roof space where you can view the sunrise and sunset over the London skyline. You will also benefit from a power shower and underfloor heating to keep you warm during Christmas and new year.

This is our family home and so we are looking for that special people to share our flat with us, Carina, Assan and Ziana (4 years old). You will be a non-smoker and have no pets. The room and house will come fully furnished with all the equipment and furnishing you need.

Loughborough Junction is fantastic place to live with everything you need on your doorstep - lots of green parks, local shops, gyms including boxing gyms and a climbing wall, a local cinema and great restaurants and cafes as well as a local brewery. Loughborough Junction train station is just 7 mins walk and the bus stop is 2 mins away with multiple buses and night buses. The growing artistic scene of Camberwell is just under 10 mins walk whilst the famous Brixton market is just under 15 mins walk

The rent would be £1000 for one person, which includes bills and cleaner comes once a week (cleaning the communal areas).
