Cosy Camberwell Flat - Short Let

Brilliantly located right between Denmark hill and Peckham Rye station. Our flat is just 15 minutes train Journey from Central London, London Bridge or Victoria. At the bottom of our road is the very popular, Bellenden road. With cafes, restaurants and pubs, you are spoiled for choice. Nearby we have several parks; Peckham Rye, Ruskin Park, Burgess Park and Dulwich Park.

Our one bedroom flat is suitable for someone or a couple who are wanting a cosy experience in London. It has access to a large shared garden and full amenities inside including internet and digital TV and washing machine. There is a large living space with dining table for entertaining, a large L-shaped sofa and plenty of storage space. Linen and towels will be provided as well as spare for long-term tenants.

We will be out of the country during your stay however we have friends and family near by who will be able to assist you in any difficulties during your time in our flat.

Neighbourhood overview...
We live in a lively neighbourhood within walking distance of Bellenden Road, Peckham Rye and Lordship Lane (main Dulwich high street) which is full of restaurants, pubs cafes and shops. We are a short drive or walk from the quaint Dulwich Village which has the feel of an English Country village in the City of London. You couldn't ask for a better spot in South East London!

Getting around...
Trains and London Overground - Peckham rye and Denmark Hill - easy popular acccess to London Bridge, Shoretditch, Clapham Junction, Farringdon, Blackfriars and Victoria.

Other things to note...
We would ideally love someone who is willing to look after our cat during our stay. She is very independent and has a cat flap to the garden but needs some love and attention.
