Studio Room at Halsmere Studios £250pw

Halsmere Studios is situated in Oval and it is a student accommodation. Oval is a residential area close to King's university/ Camberwell college of arts/ Goldsmith's university etc.. The room that I am renting is 'standard studios' if needed to search it on the official website.

Due to personal circumstance, I lease this room for £250/pw whereas original price on their website is 280/pw. Since it is a student accommodation, it would not be suitable for those who are professional but I can ask the main office for it as there are several professionals living in the same hall.
