This is Michael on behalf of my landlord, Kieran.
We have a very cosy double bedroom in a terrace house in Camberwell available for rent now. Ideally for one individual, female, professional and in her thirties.
The room is on the ground floor with a view over a lovely garden.
Currently there are 3 people in the house; Michael, Magda and Shem. Michael is a fine art painter, Magda is working at library and Shem works as a music teacher, therefore it would be nice to find some one with an artistic background. All nationalities are welcome.
Male applicants unfortunately won't be considered as we would like to keep the ratio of 2 females and 2 males.
The household is very quiet but super friendly, clean and respectful and the house is well located transport wise, with lots of buses through to central London.
