I've just moved out of my lovely room in a houseshare in Camden. 1 Min walk from Mornington crescent station and gets loads of sun.

The house itself is spacious with a large living room and loads of light throughout.

You would be taking over the last month -from now till 18 July, Pro rata. (Paying the remainder of the rent for the month, not its entirety) This is what is left of my tenancy as I have moved out, and then continuing in to your own contract thereafter.

The current roomate is moving out mid-July.
