Looking for two new girls to move into this beautiful modern house which is set within quiet, private gated mews in Zone 1, just a short walk from both Camden Town and Kings Cross.

The house features a huge open plan kitchen / living-room, and bi-folding doors which lead out onto a patio. There are 5 rooms in total, all large en-suites for each room (with no communal bathroom), and there is free secure parking right outside.

It’s a friendly, clean, sociable house with three female professionals who often like to bake and cook together or go to gym classes. Looking for an additional two with similar interests!

Bills come to £130 per month.

Landlord's requirements: Must be employed (full time or contract) min salary £25,615.

You'd be added to the current contract which ends 4th March 2021, with the option to extend and sign for another year after that (current 3 girls will be signing for another year).
