Beautiful Master Double Bedroom w/ en-suite

I am leaving the country and therefore looking for a lease takeover of my beautiful master bedroom with en-suite bathroom in a 3 bed flat in a lovely part of Camden.

You would be taking over my portion of the lease ending April 13, 2021, at which point the tenancy agreement would continue as long as everyone in the flat should like, on a month-to-month basis as we are very friendly with and on extremely good terms with our landlord.

The flat is fully furnished and your room includes an ensuite bathroom with shower, double bed, dresser, small shelf, and massive three-door built in wardrobe as seen in the photos as well as couches and a large 4K TV in the common living room area.

Remaining flatmates are two lovely young professional women: Daisy and Katie, aged 23 & 24. You would be moving into a tidy and respectful living situation where everyone gets on independently but also enjoys our time together many evenings in the living room.

The room for rent is a work from home oasis -- although not pictured, my large Ikea desk and chair fit comfortably.

The flat is located in a very quiet and safe gated complex off of Camden Road. The 29 and 253 buses stop across the street, and it's a 10 minute and 12 minute walk to Kentish Town and Camden Town station, respectively.

I have cherished my time in this home with my amazing flatmates -- it is great place to be and it really pains me to have to leave. Please send an e-mail telling us a little bit about yourself, what you do for work, and when you would be available to do a virtual tour and meet the flatmates.
