Small double in friendly laidback safe flat

I have a small double in my safe well maintained ex local authority flat.

The current flatmates are a music producer and hospitality worker. I own the flat and live there during the week - but you won't see me very often

Room is small double but has shelves and a cupboard. There is a well stocked kitchen and a fabulous sitting room with a balcony. Current flatmates are neat and tidy and love cooking.

There is permit parking. Bills are included . Great broadband. Two minutes from Chalk Farm tube and Kentish Town West overground

We are getting a lot of messages - over 70 so far. We are going through them this afternoon - Monday and will be in touch tomorrow.
