Ground floor double bedroom available in a 3 bed mid-terrace house. We’re situated on a pretty, quiet, pedestrianised street located between Camden and Kentish Town:

• Double room - with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe provided.

• The shared space is open plan and homely - with furnished lounge, kitchen and dining room areas.

• Small back garden/patio, lovely to sit in with a coffee on a warm morning.

• Blue downstairs bathroom (it’s a feature...?) with a bath and overhead shower.

Sharing with 2 professional, easy going women who like films, cooking, socialising and travelling. We spend the occasional evening together but also respect each other’s space, so it’s a good balance - we’d want you to feel at home! The neighbourhood is friendly too, with drinks gatherings in the street when the weather’s nice. We’re looking for someone who’s chilled, friendly and tidy.

Close by:
- 5 mins walk from Camden Road overground and 10 mins from Camden Town tube; with a variety of bus routes nearby.
- 5 mins from Kentish Town Rd for shops (Tesco Express, Earth, Gail’s etc) and less than 10 mins from the “big” Sainsbury’s on Camden Rd.
- Easy distance of decent pubs, restaurants + music venues.
- We’re close to the canal and not far from Hampstead Heath, so it’s a great location if you like going for a wander.

Would suit someone who doesn’t have much kitchen/lounge stuff as there’s plenty already here.
