En-suite double bedroom in modern flat w/ balcony!

Double bedroom, en-suite, with French doors opening out onto balcony overlooking gardens, with a desk and office chair for WFH. £1200 per month plus bills (around £150, also happy to agree on £1350 flat so you don’t have to worry about bills). Please note this is a short term stay! Max 6 months from mid-December.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom for your privacy (the other room uses the main bathroom) and shared kitchen/living room. Looking for someone who is sociable, friendly and likes to cook and share a glass of wine together but also respects each other’s privacy. These are the types of people who rent my flat, typically female but male is also fine. Must be working professionals. The flat has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher!

Sharing with my incredible cousin who is 28, from LA but been in London over a year. She’s super clean, tidy, respectful and also great to chat to and hang out with!

I own the flat but I’m going travelling for the winter, so this will be a 3-6 month lease!
