I am a live-out landlord looking for a tenant for my lovely 2-bed flat on Agar Grove, near Camden Square. I lived here happily for 6 years and have only recently moved out to live with my partner, so the flat is a genuine home, not a generic rental.

The available room has just been re-decorated with brand new carpet and fresh paint. It overlooks a quiet shared courtyard (away from the road), so it is a peaceful sanctuary despite being so central.

It comes fully furnished with:
Double bed with under-bed storage
Chest of drawers, wardrobe & bedside table
Full-length mirror, lamp & chair
(Duvet, pillows & mattress protector provided if needed)

The Shared Space: The flat is on the first floor and features a bright, spacious lounge with an L-shape sofa bed and dining table — though please note we don’t have a TV in the communal area (so no TV license is included).

There is a modern bathroom (renovated 2021) and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a breakfast table. We have super-fast 1GB fibre broadband which is very reliable.

The Current Flatmate: You would be sharing with Aylin (41), a university researcher who has lived here for over 2 years. She is incredibly clean, tidy, and friendly.

Aylin works from home a few days a week using the desk in the lounge, but is respectful of shared space. She enjoys socialising and exploring London (museums, pubs, architecture), but also values her downtime. It is a calm, mature household rather than a party flat.

Ideal Tenant: We are looking for a friendly professional or mature student (30+) who is clean, considerate, and looking for a place to call home. The current tenant is female and would ideally prefer to share with another female.

Location: The best of both worlds: a quiet residential street that is moments from the buzz of Camden:
Camden Road (Overground): 10 mins walk
Camden Town (Northern Line): 15 mins walk
Kings Cross / Granary Square: 20 mins walk (or short bus ride)
