Spare room in a furnished 2 bed room flat in a quiet street in Camden area. The place is less than 5 mins away from Chalk Farm tube station. The flat comes furnished, with the option of using your own bed frame and mattress or using landlord's bed/mattress. It has shared living room, utility room with washing machine and a big personal bed room with ensuite. The flat also has a roof garden, great for organizing summer parties, and a bike storage.

About me (the existing flatmate in the household):
I am a young entrepreneur in early 30s with masters in Artificial Intelligence from UCL. I am clean, responsible and like to socialise. I am also vegetarian and if you are a vegetarian that is definitely a plus but not mandatory.
I work out and keep active (you are welcome to join me at the gym/swimming).

An ideal flatmate for me would be someone who is clean, responsible, and above all someone I can consider a friend.
