Part-week double room available - Camden Square

A cosy double room is available in a lovely Victorian conversion garden flat on a quiet residential street just off Camden Square. This would suit a professional looking for a comfortable part-week base in London (5 nights per week).

The room is carpeted and furnished with a 4ft double bed, with plenty of wardrobe and storage space.

The flat has a private entrance via a short flight of steps. The living room has oak flooring, a TV (Netflix, Prime etc.) and Sonos speaker, with double doors opening onto a private garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge-freezer.

A bit about me: I work full-time as a video producer/editor and usually work from home during the day. My desk is set up in the living room, I’m rarely working in the evenings. I’m clean, tidy, easy-going and enjoy film, music, cycling and running.

I have a very friendly 5-year-old spaniel, so I’m looking for someone who’s comfortable living with a dog. I’m also open to someone with a well-behaved dog.

I'm ideally looking for a professional who needs a London base during the week, is respectful of shared space, clean, tidy and friendly.

Practicalities:
– Available for 2-3 months initially, with potential to extend
– Bills included (reasonable energy use expected)
– Some light help keeping the outdoor areas tidy is appreciated
