There is a double room becoming available in a large, friendly flat share with young professionals in Kentish Town, as I will be moving back to Scotland.

The flat is in a great location - very close to Camden Town, Camden Market and Hampstead Heath.
It's equidistant from Kentish Town and Chalk Farm tube stations (both 12 mins walk away), and Gospel Oak and Kentish Town West overground stations (both 8 mins walk).

It's adjacent to a street of small shops with great convenience stores, cafés and takeaways, and Kentish Town High street is 10 mins walk.

Camden Market is 15 mins walk away - great for shopping, and the start of Hampstead Heath is 10 mins walk - great for exercise or enjoying social and/or quiet time in nature.

The flat is large, with a very big kitchen, a shared living room, and two bathrooms (both with a shower and one with a bath). There is a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. The fittings are modern, and the landlord has recently replaced much of the furniture.

Working from home is fine, but you may need to buy your own desk if you would like one, as there isn’t one included. The room can easily fit a desk.

You would be sharing with 2 flatmates, one male and one female. Both are working professionals. They're both very friendly and enjoy a trip out for drinks etc., but also allow people their space and alone time when necessary. I've really enjoyed living here and will actually be pretty sad to leave!

My flatmates are easygoing, open-minded and respectful, so we’d be looking for someone similar.

In terms of bills, the energy currently comes to about £40-50 each per month and we are with Bulb. We're lucky that the flat is very well insulated, so we don't need to use much heating in the colder months.

Council tax is Camden Band E - about £60 each per month.

Water £10, internet £10 and TV license £10 bring the overall total to around £130-150 each per month.

Everything admin / repair related is managed through the agency, so we don't have much contact with the landlords. It's pretty smooth and seamless and they've been great so far! New tenants will need to pass referencing checks by the agency, but there are no fees.
