We’re looking for someone to join a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Camden on the Regent's Park/Primrose Hill side. The flat could not be in a more perfect location – 5 minutes from Regent’s Park, all major grocery shops, Camden Market, buses/tube close by (Camden Town & Mornington Crescent), and a great pub across the street (Edinboro Castle).
The flat is newly refurbished and quite spacious – split across the 2nd and 3rd floors, with the bedrooms/bathroom upstairs and kitchen/living area downstairs. I bought all the furniture new as it originally came unfurnished, so everything is in good shape.
A little bit about us – we’re a couple in our mid-30’s from the States & Australia. I work in marketing and he works in sales in the beer industry. He's typically out of the house most days and I'm in the office a couple days a week. We’re quite laid back and sociable people, so we're often out and about on the weekends .
Ideal candidate we’re looking for:
1. Clean and respectful of the space - we intend to have a cleaner come every couple of weeks to do the deep cleaning
2. Fun and laid back – occasionally we have friends over for dinner or drinks, but don't have big parties here
3. Not coming in with a ton of stuff – I love cooking and have a very well stocked kitchen, so perfect for someone who is looking for something already furnished. (There's also an attic loft for storage if needed)
