Cosy Double Room in friendly flatshare!

Hi everyone,

We have a gorgeous double room becoming available in our lovely flat share soon.

The room has plenty of storage with great natural light also. You would be living with two professionals; I work in Theatre and my flatmate works in Cyber Security - both typical office hours. Both of us are mature, chilled and value a clean, relaxed and homely atmosphere, so we're especially interested to hear from people would like to feel part of a home, rather than a flat share, and who would be up for grabbing a Saturday morning coffee on occasion!

- Great transport links (Chalk Farm tube, Kentish Town West Overground, Kentish Town Thameslink and multiple bus routes).
- Within walking distance of Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Regent's Park.
- Zone 2 so we're very central, despite the area itself being nice and quiet.
- Spacious communal living room, kitchen and a balcony for summer relaxation 😊
- You would be sharing a bathroom with just one other person (male) as I have an ensuite room.
- Bills currently come to about £95 each per month (between 3 of us).

The room is available from March 28th but we do have some flexibility around the move in date if that's helpful.
