Large Double Bedroom in the Heart of Camden

We're looking for a social & tidy girl to join our lovely flatshare right in the heart of Camden. We'd love someone who wants to join us for a glass of wine in the evening, or for a sunny day on Primrose Hill (but equally we all have our own friends in London and do our own things too!)

THE ROOM
A huge double room that comes fully furnished (bed, mattress, desk, drawers, beside table). Plenty of storage, a fireplace & beautiful wooden floors.

The room is available from 6th September 2024.

THE FLAT
We live in a converted pub, it's spread over three floors. The first floor has the newly refurbished kitchen, with plenty of cupboard space, a large fridge/freezer and all appliances. We don't have a living room, but we have a dining table & a sofa in the kitchen. Lucy's room is opposite the kitchen. On the second floor we have a large bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and storage. We have an additional toilet room, and an additional shower room, meaning we never have to wait or queue in the mornings. Outside the bathrooms we also have a cupboard for our washer and dryer, and a storage unit for our cleaning supplies/hoover etc. The advertised room is also on the second floor! The third floor is home to Beanna's bedroom, and Emma’s bedroom.

Our landlord lives in a property a few doors down, which is really handy. He's super responsive if anything does occasionally go wrong (or we lock ourselves out), and he's super friendly and approachable. Our flat is a licenced HMO.

Rent is £1040 PCM, and bills come to around £80-100 per month, depending on the season and useage.

THE LOCATION
- 5-10 minute walk for both Camden Town & Kentish Town (Northern Line)
- 2 minute walk to Camden Road overground
- 15-20 minute walk to Kings Cross St Pancras
- Less than 5 mins to the stunning canals, food markets and plenty of pubs!!

THE FLATMATES
Current flatmates include Beanna, Emma and Lucy. I have lived in the flat for almost 3 years, Beanna almost 1 year and Lucy approx. 5 years (she left to go travelling and now she’s back!).

Lucy (30) is a civil servant, loves the gym, running, travelling, brunch, having lil treats after runs and drinking vino. Lucy rarely WFH.

Beanna (24) works for a recruitment company in the city, WFH 2 days a week. Loves going for drinks, going to gigs, listening to music and has recently started going to military fitness classes which is good fun.

Emma (27) works in tech, sometimes WFH and is a 10/10 cook and loves to read.

We're looking for a sociable gal (sorry boys) to join our flat and that will treat it as their home. We want someone who is chilled, tidy, clean(!)& wants to be friends with their housemates, as we are friends with each other.
