Room in a Shared Flat, Caledonian Square, NW1

I am an existing tenant who has been living in this apartment in Camden for the last 4 years and am looking for a professional to replace my current flatmate who is moving back to Manchester at the end of July.

The flat is in a great location around a 10 minute walk from Kentish Town station and Camden Town station.
It is roomy with very high ceilings and plenty of space. Has 2 balconies, one shared through the Kitchen and the other in the available room.
The bedrooms are fully furnished and all have large desks, so are great for working from home.

As an existing tenant I cannot emphasise how good the landlady has been to me over my time here, she is a respectful woman who has gone above and beyond to resolve issues with the flat quickly and with no hassle.

As for myself I am a software developer who works from home 3 days a week. I keep the place clean and tidy, don't make too much noise and love to cook and bake.
My flatmate works in education, he has a love of food, gaming, the arts and swimming.

I am looking for someone like-minded to join us and one other person in the tenancy. Ideally you will also be clean, tidy, respectful and hopefully we will all get along well.
