The flat in question is a modern 83m^2 property, located conveniently next to Camden Market. The available room is a spacious double, well-lit by natural light, offering the perfect atmosphere for both work and relaxation. The flat offers a lot of storage space and a very spacious hallway.
We also have a large, bright living room that serves as a great common area for shared activities or simply unwinding. In addition, the flat features a small balcony, complemented by an assortment of plants, which add a touch of nature to our city living.
Its location is unbeatable with Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath, and Kings Cross within easy walking distance. Central London is also readily accessible, with a mere 20-minute tube ride covering most of the city's main areas.
Couples are welcome but the rent would be split by three instead of four and be around 1600 instead. Bills are not included and about 340 GBP per month and will be split between the tenants.
