Double bedroom in newly renovated house - Camden

🏠I have recently bought the house, it is newly renovated with underfloor heating and new ceilings (including dimmable lights and both are across the house). Big benefit of both is the whole house is soundproofed, which is unique in a period house.

After the renovation we moved in so everything in the house is bran new, given it is my place I clearly went a but overboard on everything (furniture, appliances, etc)

The house spans across three floors and there is also a roofterrace which we'll use plenty for dinner parties and sitting in the sun.

Some background information on me and the other flatmate. I work in banking and love having dinner parties, cycling, running etc. The other flatmate is studying at LBS, she is studying finance.

The room has a large queen bed, nightstand, desk, large double closet as well as an additional set of drawers. The bed has storage under it ad well. The furniture is newly bought.

The apartment is located in Camden in between Camden Town and Kentish Town. Regents canal is right next to the house and Regents park as well as Primrose hill are a c.10 min walk.

🚇 5 min walk from Camden road overground station and 7 min walk to Camden town Tube Station.
🚌 5 min walk to 24/7 running buses.

The flat is fully furnished and with all new appliances/furniture.

There is a large living room and kitchen (spanning a whole floor). All appliances are new (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, and fridge)
