Our spacious 2 level flat is situated about 3 mins walk from Camden Road overground and about 7 min walk from Camden Town tube. It’s also really close to Kings Cross & Coal Drops Yard which is about a 15 min walk along the lovely Regents Canal. The flat is on a quiet road and has a beautiful patio, bright open rooms, and we consider it a home.
We have a lovely lounge with a connected kitchen which is a really nice space to cook, chill, have the occasional dinner party etc. Our landlords are really nice and own the shop downstairs so are around if you need anything and are very responsive.
About us:
We're Tanya and Sohee - looking for a third to move in to our homely place in Camden. Abbie our lovely flatmate - and whose account this is (but we all access) is leaving us to head back up to Manchester after sticking out 11 years in London.
Tanya - I work as a senior producer in the media. I have a creative background and usually have a plus one to a gig or the theatre.
Sohee - Works in media and in fashion.
About you:
We're looking for a fellow professional in their 30s/40s who is chilled and tidy. We both have a bunch of friends so don't worry, we're not intense about undertaking all activities as a flat but now and again we like to get together to crack out the film projector or have a hang at our local.
We have friends over now and again but this is not a party house - as we are both very busy generally, we value our home as a place for peace and warmth. If this sounds like your kind of environment,

The room: Very well sized and bright double. Comes with the double bed and wardrobe. Loads of storage space in adjacent attic space as well. There are 2 bathrooms in the flat, one of which is a shared “Jack and Jill” en-suite and is attached to this room.
Practical stuff:
Rent is £950
Bills are around £120 a month each (council tax, wifi and utilities)
Move in date is late October/early November
Looking for someone long-term as a) this is a faff and b) there's only so many new friends we can make over 30.
