Double room in Camden

Our amazing flatmate is leaving to start his next chapter overseas so we have a double bedroom available from the start of February.

The flat itself is a 3 bed but technically we have a 4th room which is a small single that we all use for storage. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a spacious living room with a balcony and we ensure that the communal areas are always kept clean and tidy.

Camden Market is on your door step, with Chalk Farm tube a 3 minute walk away along with Kentish town overground. The flat has a great vibe for summer with Primrose Hill & Hampstead Heath within walking distance.

Both Ryan and I are working professionals and easy going guys. Dylan from New Zealand and Ryan from London, both working full time in banking and the charity sector. We're looking for someone else easy going who has their own life in London but enjoys the occasional drink or meal with flatmates. We also both love a night out with mates but please note that this is not a party/afters house.

The room is £760 p/m and bills are around £165.
