EXCELLENT LOCATION:

Sadly our amazing flatmate is leaving to start their next chapter overseas so we have one relatively spacious double room available in a lovely three beddy flat (technically 4 as we have a single room/storage room which you can also use at your disposable). Sharing with 2 guys, one Kiwi and English in their early 30’s working in banking and the civil service. We both love a drink or two (or many), and are pretty easy going.

The house has a spacious living room with TV (and keg!!), kitchen, 1 bathroom and toilet.

The flat is a 3 minute walk from Chalk Farm tube station and 4 minutes to Kentish Town West Over Ground and if you’re feeling like a short walk, Camden Town tube (9 mins or so). At your doorstep you have the Camden Market, dozens of good pubs, and we are only walking distance from Belsize Park, Primrose Hill & Hampstead Heath which is perfect for summer.

The room itself is well lit and partly furnished (shelves, wardrobe, bed).

Rent is currently £760 for the room and bills at this stage are £165 so £925 all in, bills potentially vary in winter so this may change.

You would be living with 2 friendly and very sociable professionals, who are looking for a sociable and friendly person that is looking for a home, not just a room.

The preference is for no couples or students, so unlikely to reply if you’re a coupled, student or too young.
