Double room opening in 5 bedroom house

We have a room opening up on February 1st till July 31st. It’s a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house. Your bathroom is the biggest, and would be shared with the other person on your floor. The rent and location are amazing, and the house is big and comfy. Everyone gets on really well, and we want to find someone else that fits in with us just as well as our old housemate did. We are looking for someone who is good vibes and tidy. There is room to extend the stay longer, but the rent will be going up to £1200 a month from August, as this is when we are switching to a 4 bedroom house, and converting the other room on your floor to a shared office space for the house.
