Spare room in two bed flat

Please read before inquiring :) I'm looking for a female flatmate to share my furnished Camden flat.

- The flat is small, 450sq ft, so it's not suitable for someone who works from home.
- The room is unfinished (except for a built in cupboard) but rest of flat is fully furnished, so the room would suit someone who wants to bring their own bed and bedroom furniture.

The road is Murray Street, Camden and it's a Victorian terrace just off Camden Square.

- 10/15 minute walk to Camden Town station
- 7/10 minute walk to Camden Road overground
- 20 minute walk to St Pancras train station & Coal Drops yard along Regents canal.
- 30 minute walk to Regents Park & Primrose Hill

Rent is £1,000 PCM, bills not included (approx. £150pcm).

The flat was pained when I moved in three years ago and is fully furnished to a high end spec. The kitchen/ living area is bright with large french double doors leading out onto a small balcony which overlooks gardens. The kitchen has gas hobs, a microwave and large fridge/ freezer. There is a small loft for storage e. g. suitcases etc.

Available now, September 2025, minimum stay 3 months, maximum stay 12 months with possibility to extend. Monday - Thursday lets considered.
