21st Dec, Double near Camden, King's X & Morn. Cr.

This ad is for the early birds that are looking to move from 21st Dec onwards. The reason being that our flatmate is moving abroad for a new position.
Viewings will be held on the weekend of 30th November, as another flatmate is currently away.

We’ve got a bright, spacious double bedroom available in a shared flat in Camden.

The flat is located between Kings Cross St Pancras, Euston, Mornington Crescent, Camden Road and Camden Town stations (near UCL and RVC). Camden High street is a 5 min walk away, with plenty of shops and restaurants (but we’re far enough away from the action for it to be nice and quiet). The house and the area are well lit and safe!

The room is large and very bright (huge windows) at the back of the flat (so you’ve got a view of a small garden), and it comes furnished with a double bed, two large wardrobes, and two small chests of drawers/nightstands. There is plenty of space for a desk or a sitting area, or whatever else you might want to have in the room.

The flat has a shared kitchen and bathroom, which you’d be sharing with two other flatmates. We are one female and one male both work full-time, mostly from home with 9-5 routines. We’re tidy, quiet and friendly (but respect each other’s personal space too), and are looking for someone similar who’d fit right in. There is no living room in the flat, so we mostly catch up in the kitchen.

The lease starts from December and is until the end of July 2025 with a possibility of extension. Rent is £900pm and bills are extra (electricity, water, internet and council tax altogether come to about £100-120pm pp). Gas is included in the rent, so it is nice and warm in winter.
