A lovley Room in a Camden Flat

Hello,

I’m Hanna and I’m looking for someone to take over my room (long term, at least 6 months) in our lovely flat in Camden. I’m hoping to find a nice flatmate with similar vibes and interests. My two other flatmates are working full-time so we are looking for another professional to join our house. We are doing our best to keep the place clean and like socialising but also respect everyone’s private space.

It is a fully furnished apartment, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a great balcony. The kitchen has a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, a big fridge, pans, sauce pans and other stuff like a washing machine with a dryer etc.
We want our household to be warm and homey, and we do our best to be as sustainable as we can (i. e. recycling, etc).

The room is the biggest one (bottom right on the floor plan) and the rent for the room is £ 1038/ per month and the utilities are around £ 50 (it really does depend on the month from our experience)

It’s an LGBTQ+ household and we would appreciate offers from people identifying as women or NB.

Some of the pictures I've used are old, they're from the time before we moved in and added our touch to the flat so I would strongly recommend the viewing to see how lovely the flat is now.
