1 large room available in a flatshare near Camden

Hi, we are looking for a new person to take over my room at the end of December or beginning of January. I'm flexible on the move in date.

The flat is well located just off Camden road and has a private gated road, which makes it very safe and fairly quiet. We are only 10mins away from the centre of Camden. The flat has two bathrooms and one kitchen with a small dinning area.

This is a very large bedroom with its own private balcony, making it ideal for anyone who works from home or wants plenty of personal space. The room comfortably fits a bed, desk, wardrobe, and additional seating area. It comes fully furnished with excellent storage.

We like to keep the flat clean by taking turns to clean the flat every week. Bills are approximately 140 a month.

The current flatmates are Matt and Jack. Matt is a media producer and is into gaming, enjoys going to gigs and playing music with his band and following various sports team. Jack is a physicist and also enjoys gaming and playing badminton. They both enjoy the occasional pint after work or on the weekends and being social. As we all sometimes work from home, we are very considerate about one another's space.
