I'm soon to finish my PhD and will be moving out of London, I've lived in this flat for the last three years and really appreciate the super convenient location. My room is quite large and will be available from early June until the end of the contract on 31/08. The room costs £925/month (plus gas/electricity). There's also an £800 refundable deposit. It's halfway between King's Cross and Euston so takes less than five minutes to get to each. UCL is less than 10 mins walk away. The flat is four bedroom with shared kitchen/bathroom/toilet, the other people are all friendly students.
