Description

Hi there!

Sadly my two housemates are leaving to live in new parts of London, so I'm searching for a flatmate! I live in a 3-bedroom flat situated in a complex in Camden, London. We have lived together for two years so will be sad to see them go. I am hoping to find new flatmates to take on a new contract from the 12 of May, Sunday.

Pricing:
• Rent: £820 excluding bills.
• Deposit: is 4.2 weeks of room rent.
• Bills: previously, per person the bills have ranged from £125 (summer) to £140 (winter). This would cover everything including council tax and internet.

Flat & rooms:
In total the flat has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I stay in one of the rooms which is also an ensuite. The flat is on the 2nd floor (there is an elevator), there are plenty of windows letting in a good amount of sunlight and all the windows are double glazed.
• Room#1: has a double bed, cupboard and a set of drawers. Would also fit a desk in if needed!
• Bathroom: the two rooms can access a single bathroom which also has a bathtub.
• Shared living room/kitchen: has drawers, kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, 2 sofas, table and chairs, a TV and a bay window area.

Complex:
• Community: The flat is in a quiet complex with a mix of flat owners and renters, including professionals and families.
• Facilities: The complex offers a concierge service for parcel pickups, as well as bin storage facilities for easy disposal.

Location:
• Grocery: There are several grocery shops nearby (Tesco, Sainsbury, M&S, ALDI etc.) the closest Tesco (24hr) being a minute’s walk away and the larger Sainsbury a 10 minute walk.
• Transport: There are bus stops outside the house. 10 min away there is Camden Town station, the overground, and Kentish town station.
• Things to do: there are plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, charity shops etc. 10 min away. Namely at Camden (Camden Market) and Kentish town. A bit further there is also Angel, Islington. Reagents and Hampstead heath park are about 20-30 min walk away. Finsbury Park is a 15 min bus ride.

About me:
I am researcher at a pharmaceutical company and have been living here for almost 3 years. I have a hybrid schedule and go into work 1-2 times a week (depends). I enjoy cooking and am happy to work around a schedule. I'll usually go out with friends during the week/weekends.

Flatmates:
I've lived with my current housemates for two years (two girls) previously there was a mix of genders. I like keeping a friendly environment where we communicate, respect each other’s needs/boundaries (noise, guests etc.), help keep the flat clean and buy things for its upkeep. I’ve been fortunate to have flatmates who share these things.

If you're interested in the room, please don't hesitate to reach out for more information or to schedule a viewing.

Cheers,

Anirudh
