Hi everyone, I am looking for someone to take over a room in our 4 bed house as I am going back to US! The room is available from May 18th.

THE HOUSE:

🏠 The house is a 4 bed split over 2 floors with a kitchen and shared, spacious living room.

📍The house is right next to the Camden Town overground station and about a 5 minute walk from the Camden underground station. There are also a dozen bus links within a 5 min walk, including 29, 253, 88, 1, etc.

There's a big Sainsbury's a 5 min walk away and M&S, Tesco, and Aldi that's about a 10 minute walk down the road. There is also a 24/7 Tesco Express.

MONTHLY BILLS YOU’D PAY:

Rent (paid monthly): £878.59 (includes water)
Wifi: £7.50
Renters insurance: £6.63
Electricity: about £35-60, depending on season
Council tax: about £45 ppm (Band C)
£1137.50 deposit

Continuing lease until Sept 20, 2024 - potential for renewal

🪑The room comes with all furniture pictured - the desk is no longer in the room, but the agency will provide a desk if you want one!

- All of us like socialising as a flat, but also respectful of each others space. We love watching shows and movie nights with pizza, going for dinner and sweet treats.

AGENCY REQUIRES:

- Visa (if applicable)
- Passport
- Landlord reference
- Employer letter or bank balance showing 12 months rent or UK guarantor
- No pets

We take turns to clean different rooms weekly, so ideally we’re looking for someone who keeps the flat clean and tidy.
