Spacious double room with lots of natural light in a great location available starting June 17, 2024. The property is a shared home with 5 rooms, including yours. Your room is on the 3rd floor. You will share the 3rd floor with one other housemate and you have one shared full bath (toilet and shower) between the two of you. The other three housemates share the 2nd floor and have their own shared toilet and bathroom. There is an additional toilet on the main floor as well. The housemates share a kitchen, living room and large outdoor patio on the main floor.

*earliest (& preferred) move-in date is June 17th, latest move-in date is July 1st

- fully furnished with double bed, chair (currently used as nightstand), wardrobe
- desk, desk folding chair & storage cubes available for sale by current tenant if needed/wanted (35 pounds for the desk, 12 pounds for the chair, 12 pounds for the storage cubes)
- large sky light and windows making for great natural light/sunlight

Current housemates: 3 professional women, 1 professional man, 1 cat, 1 dog (all housemates are very kind & respectful)
*the dog, grandma, generally stays in her room with the flatmate but is very sweet and friendly
*the cat, tilly, loves to roam about the house & is indoor/outdoor. she especially loves coming up to your room on the 3rd floor to hang out when you're home so someone who enjoys cats would be preferred! she is super friendly and sweet

Bills/utilities: housemates share cost of electric, wifi and water. Council tax band E. Council tax is paid for by the landlord.
