Spare room near Camden Town

Hi - me and my friend are both going into our third year at UCL and looking for someone to live with who we can become friends with! We are looking for someone who is respectful of our personal space but also sociable and would like to have dinners/go out/chat together. I am interested in music, art, philosophy and hiking and my flatmate loves food, cooking and playing games.

Your room would be downstairs, it is a really big room with patio doors fully furnished

Rent is 1050 a month not including bills (bills usually come out to about 50 a month), there are two bathrooms between 3 of us and an outside garden space. There is also a spare room which we have turned into a small living room
