Looking for a lodger for a newly-decorated and carpeted, light, very spacious, furnished double room. All bills included. An amazingly well-located, arty, Camden flat with panoramic views and balcony. Amazing location - 2 minutes walk to Mornington Crescent tube, 10 minutes walk to Euston, Euston Square, Camden Town, Warren Street and Camden Road. Close to music venues, shops, bars and cafes, with bus and tube transport links 1 minute walk away. You can walk into Soho in 20 minutes - that’s how near everything is. Good Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer.

Must like cats - sharing with one especially excellent cat, plus his friendly owners who works in the arts.

I know I’m biased, but my fiancé is the kindest, loveliest person I know and is excellent company. We’ll be away a fair bit visiting family and you’ll have the place to yourself at those times.

Sharing all communal living spaces. Non-smoker essential. I’m a sociable and easy going flatmate, who loves cooking, music, wild swimming, watching films and going to gigs, cacao ceremonies, gong baths, festivals and just generally enjoying life. More than happy to have you join me on my escapades. I’m intuitive, respectful and keep a clean home filled with things I love.

Currently considering possibly turning the living room into a bedroom, so there may also be a smaller bedroom (still large by London standards) for friends or family who want to share - obviously the rent would reduce if that happens, as there wouldn’t be a living room.
