Looking for a new tenant for a lovely modern, large 3 bed, 3 bath flat minutes from Camden Town center and great transport links.
The flat currently consists of two professional female tenants (27, 31) and myself (who is reluctant to leave!). The flat is a great size is fantastic for socializing.
The room available is a large double (the bed will stay) with significant wardrobe storage which is accompanied with it's own medium sized private bathroom 2 steps over the hallway.
Note: this is initially a 1 month sublet form Aug 4th - Sept 4th after which the tenant will be formally added to the contract when it is renewed 4th Sept. As such, we'll only be looking for applicants who aim to take on the lease.

Council Tax: approx. £70 pcm
Gas (flat rate): £35 pcm
Water (variable): approx. £30 pcm
Wifi: approx £10 pcm
Notes for prospective tenants:
Prospective tenants must be able to provide the following for referencing:
Copies of passports and visa (if applicable)
Proof of current living address (utility bill or bank statement)
Landlord will be referencing at £1207 pcm
£1200 deposit will be required for formal lease from Sept.
