I’m moving out of the UK and I'm leaving my lovely 1 Bed flat.

It´s a 2nd floor flat that overlooks the Regent’s Canal and boasts all the comodities of a gated development (secure, calming, clean and well maintained).

In terms of the apartment, it´s well kept, very spacious, wooden floors and quite airy. Has also a built in warddrobe, a nice bath tub with good pressure and big sized windows.

Downstairs there are bike racks and a parking permit can be requested through the Camden council.

In terms of the rent, it is on an annual basis starting after the 1st of Aug or 13 months of before. Atm is on 1550pcm, on an unfurnished basis and doesn’t include bills. However, I'm happy to leave the flat fully equipped for an agreed price.

PS: Please note that this property is fully managed by the Letting agency, which will require references and proofs of income (salaries of at least 2.5 - 3 times the rent)
