We have one double and one single bedroom available from August 28th 2024.
Location:
The flat is on Camden Square Gardens, a lovely local park and a calm island away from the bustle of Camden. It is well located between Camden (Camden Overground + Camden Underground), Kentish Town (Kentish Town Underground + Thameslink) and Kings Cross (National Rail and EuroStar), and is near to Hampstead Heath and Regents Park. The flat is minutes away from some great local spots, like an excellent pub (The Lord Stanley) bakery (Bread by Bike), and wine bar (Half Cut Market).
The Flat:
The flat is on the second floor of a 50s block and has three bedrooms, with one generous double bedroom and one single bedroom available (the single will have a double bed and wardrobe if wanted). It has a very large living room and a great balcony over looking the park. The kitchen is small but has a second balcony and a new fridge and gas cooker. There is lots of storage space in the flat and cupboard space in the kitchen.
Flatmates:
The flat has been rented by different variations of old and new friends since 2020. We have all worked during the day and enjoy our time in London but often hang out over dinner, a film/ TV series, or a summer evening on the balcony, and have had some nice dinner/drink gatherings.
The departing flatmates Ella and Ava (30 & 26) are sisters from Belgium who work in photography and policy. They have been living in the flat for 2.5 and 1 years, and are moving out to start a new chapter with their third sister nearby.
The current flatmate, Dan (32), has been in the flat for 1.5 years and, originally from Bristol, has been in London since 2018. He works as an Architect in south London.
Rent and Bills:
Double Room (unfurnished): £830pm
Single Room (semi-furnished with a bed and wardrobe): £748pm
Bills (energy, council tax, water, internet) are around £100pm
The rooms are available from August 28th 2024 with a new 12 month contract, but we have been able to change names mid-contract in the past, should circumstances change.
