UCL student accommodation available

I have a room available for rent at UCL Max Rayne House, conveniently located at NW19HZ, it is best suited for full-time UCL students as this allows for an official sublease through the university.

Availability: from 6th July to 11th September
Rent: £146 per week

The dormitory is conveniently located next to a bus stop, with subway stations within a 5 to 10-minute walk. There is a 24-hour Tesco Esso Express, a large Sainsbury's supermarket, aldi, Korean and Chinese store nearby, and it's about a 35-minute journey to the UCL main campus. The room features a washbasin and a mirror. The kitchen and the bathroom facilities are shared among eight people (two bathroom stalls and two toilets). The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, and toaster. The room is on the first floor (which is actually the second level) and is very quiet. On the ground floor of the dormitory, there is a laundry room, a common lounge, a tennis court, and a computer room.
