Cosy room for short-term let

Hello Everyone! I'm leaving the UK and am looking for somebody to replace me on my contract which lasts until October 7th 2024. There is also the possibility of extending the contract after October if you like living here.

THE ROOM
- very cosy with direct sunlight in the mornings
- lots of storage which isn't shown in the pics (under bed, inside wall and chest of drawers)
- faces a garden so very quiet and great for a good night's sleep
- fits a desk so well-suited for working from home
- perfect for summer months as it never overheats
- the desk and chair are mine but happy to sell them to you at a decent price if you need them.

THE HOUSE
- lots of storage space including a walk-in closet
- huge kitchen separate from living room
- cosy living room and TV for Netflix
- Nice bathroom with storage for essentials
- bills not included in the rent, but come to around £100 pm

THE LOCATION
- very central (25 mins by bus to Trafalgar Square)
- 24/7 bus stop directly opposite the flat
- 10 minutes from Camden Road overground station
- 15 minutes from Kentish Town Station, Camden Town Station,
- Very quiet residential area with lots of parks & green space around the flat.
- Flat is near Amy Winehouse's last house!

THE FLATMATES
- Two friendly & clean flatmates
- bathroom shared with one other person
- one Spanish-German female flatmate, and one Swedish-Irish male flatmate.
- both work nine to five, and mostly from the office.
- they are both very relaxed, calm people to live with, they have their own lives but are also happy to mingle and go to the pub around the corner together or have a board games night.

PROCESS
Contact me for viewings and to meet my flatmates. If you like the place I will get you in touch with our landlord who will conduct some background checks and do the administration required to add you to the contract. I can also send you a video of the room beforehand!
