We have a room in our gorgeous house in Camden / Central London.

Note: this price is all in - rent, council tax, service charge and all bills.

This has been our family home for over 2 decades and we’ve loved living here. The home is a cosy maisonette and the location is unbeatable: leaving the front door you are a 5m walk from Camden High Street, the same distance to Kings Cross (including The British Library) or a 20m from Tottenham Court Road. It's the most commutable area in London, both to a from anywhere - with very easy access to Euston Station, Kings Cross, Camden Road, Holborn and Russell Square. (and over 10 night busses)

You’ll be in the largest bedroom in the house, a large double room that includes a balcony. Sharing the house with two others - a mother and son who have lived here, and elsewhere, for many years.

You can be as independent as you’d like, or spend time with others in the house - your room will have its own kettle, microwave and you can add a fridge if you’d like. Of course, you’ll have equal access to the kitchen and other parts of the house.

We've had friends of the family live in this room before - you'll have all of your own space but we are a very warm and welcoming family.

The room is ideal for somebody that wants to live a comfortable, quiet life in the heart of London. Preferably women please.
