I've got a room going in our three bed flat available from 20th August, as our wonderful flatmate is moving in with her partner.

You'd be sharing with 2 sociable professionals, Megan and Cat (both 28). We’re very relaxed, like to cook, exercise and chill in the eves, and are looking for someone who could be a friend and not just a flatmate! We are keen to find someone who is considerate, respectful and clean and tidy. We often relax together in the evenings but are equally respectful of your space.

- the room is £900 pcm, comes with a double bed + mattress & a big built in wardrobe, so plenty of storage. Can very comfortably fit a desk and bedside table.
- the flat has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- there's a large open plan kitchen/lounge
- access to a lovely shared garden

- bills generally come to £100-150 per month depending on the season
- 1 year contract starting August 20th

- 8 min walk to Camden Town underground station (northern line)
- 5 min walk to Camden Road overground station
- many bus connections on the doorstep

There’s also a huge sainsburys 5 minutes the flat, and lots of nice pubs and cafes around.
