Closed for now-Double bed room Camden

Hi there,

I am sadly leaving my double bed room in Camden in early October and I am looking for someone for my flatmates who have been more than amazing to live with! We are looking for a professional in their 30s (no couples or students please) and the deposit fee is £675.

The flat is super well located, 5-7 minutes away the underground and the overground. Multiple bus stops close by and bike stations surrounding the building. London St Pancras is 15 min bus ride from the house.

Also, less than 10 minutes away you have a big Sainsbury's, a Tesco, Co Opt and an Aldi.

The area is great, close to the house you have gym's, restaurants, the Camden canals, Regent's Park (15 min walk), Hampstead Heath (30 min walk) and Primrose Hill (20 min walk). Honestly, the location couldn't be better.

The flat has two floors, there's a big living room and huge table to eat, a small balcony with two stools. The kitchen is nice and spacious, lots of space to store food and a big fridge. There's an oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. There are two toilets in the house so we have never had issues.

The room is furnished, has a double-bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Rent is £721 , bills not included but they are about £120 every month (wifi, council tax, electricity and water).

Dennise and David are the other flatmates (not a couple). They are suuuper nice people, friendly and very funny. Both have busy lives but we still managed to have a catch up and do something together from time to time. They are looking for someone to stay at least a year and who is clean, chill and brings joy to the house. The vibe in the flat is super nice, this is a home, so they are looking for someone that would like to have a chat and hang out from time to time rather than someone who spends all day in their bedroom and is not willing to share anything about themselves.
