Modern Studio Flat On Camden High Street

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy on the 14th October.

I will pay to have the the lease signed over to you (once all reference checks have been completed) The tenancy ends on the 7th of June 2025

I have since decorated the flat, I can send pictures, you’re welcome to keep some of my furniture. It’s a perfect location literally on the high street near the lock it’s a 3 minute walk to the station and 10minute walk to primrose hill and Regent’s Park. The flat itself is modern and clean, the bathroom is shared with the studio next door (neighbour is so lovely!)

There’s also washer and dryer machines. Communal areas + bathrooms are professionally cleaned once a month, but the flat itself is your responsibility.

The landlord is very nice and helpful and doesn’t let just anyone stay in this building. There’s lots of cctv so it feels very safe.
Hot water bills and heating are included in the price you just have to pay for your electricity, normal water bills and council tax (it’s band C, with a single person discount is £88 roughly)

You need to earn at least £32k and be able to prove this via an employment contract, they are quite strict, unless you prefer to pay everything straight up.
